-
Submit the secure form
Tell us about you, your baby, and what feeding support you are looking for. Include your insurance information so our billing team can verify benefits before your visit.
-
Book your visit time
Many of our offices now offer online booking, the preferred option where it is available. For an office or virtual visit, we send you a link to book your time online. For a home visit, or an office that is not online yet, our scheduling team reaches out within one business day to confirm your visit time and visit type.

Billing verifies your benefits before your appointment
Our billing team reviews coverage, referral requirements, and reimbursement structure. You will receive an email with your coverage details and an estimate of any expected out-of-pocket costs before your visit.
You will also receive standard intake forms through our patient management system to capture your address, HIPAA acknowledgement, and any remaining details before your visit.

Booking by location
Online booking opens for appointments about 48 hours out. Earlier appointments may occasionally become available due to cancellations or scheduling changes. These are scheduled directly through our scheduling team. Submit the intake form and we will reach out. Please note that home visits are always scheduled through the scheduling team and cannot be booked online.

Chiropractic and bodywork
Chiropractic and bodywork are self-pay and scheduled separately from lactation visits. We do not bill insurance for chiropractic care. This care begins with a chiropractic evaluation, and your chiropractor determines next steps from there.

Home visits
Home visits are never bookable online, regardless of location. They require coordination with our scheduling team to arrange travel, fees, and clinician availability. Submit the intake form and note that you would prefer a home visit, and our team will reach out to coordinate.
Why online booking opens 48 hours out
We verify your insurance benefits before your visit so you know what is covered before you arrive. That verification takes time, which is why online booking opens 48 hours in advance.
Need to be seen sooner? Next-day appointments are often available, booked through our scheduling team rather than online.
Have an urgent feeding question? Text us at 281-305-0411 for a next-day 30-minute virtual triage visit.

If your appointment is scheduled before we finish verifying your benefits, you may be responsible for charges your plan does not cover. We will share whatever we have confirmed before your visit.
What lactation visits can help with
Our IBCLCs see families with a range of feeding concerns, including:
- Painful latch
- Poor milk transfer
- Slow weight gain
- Low supply concerns
- Pumping and flange fit
- Bottle-feeding support
- Oral function or tension concerns
- Prenatal planning
- Returning to work
- Weaning or longer-term feeding transitions
Every situation is different. If you are unsure whether your concern is a fit, submit the form and our team will help guide you to the right type of visit.
Insurance and payment
For lactation visits, we bill many plans directly and verify your specific benefits before your visit. Coverage depends on your plan and the office you choose, so final coverage is always confirmed by our billing team. You can also check your coverage with our estimator ahead of time to get a sense of what your plan may cover.
