How our care works
Feeding is rarely one skill that resolves in a single drop-in visit. It involves your body, your baby’s anatomy, milk supply, oral function, and the patterns that form in the first weeks. When one piece is off, the others usually are too.
Postpartum visits typically include a full assessment of both parent and baby, an oral function evaluation, and weight tracking when appropriate, with a written plan and follow-up built around it. When a baby shows signs of an oral restriction, or when bodywork may be helpful, our chiropractic team can work alongside the lactation team as part of the same plan.

We bill several insurance plans directly and offer cash-pay options for every visit. Insurance verification is part of intake, so you know what to expect before your appointment.
Getting Started
Begin with our intake form
Most families start with our intake form, which gathers the clinical and logistical information we need before your first visit. After you submit it, our scheduling team reaches out within one business day to confirm your visit. For online-booking locations, you’ll get a booking link; for others, our team will contact you directly. In parallel, our billing team checks your insurance benefits and emails you the verification before your appointment.
Your first visit is usually an initial postpartum visit, or a prenatal consultation if you’re still pregnant. Our scheduling team confirms the details when you book, with time set aside for a complete assessment.
Follow-up visits are scheduled around your care plan. We offer in-home, in-office, and virtual visits, and many families mix formats based on what’s working.
Already a patient? Message us in Spruce or by text to schedule a follow-up. New patients should start with the intake form.
